An overview of some clients we have helped over the past few months.
Find out if you're eligible to make a claim
Below you will see a range of clients who got in touch with us after experiencing an accident at work. Often you may feel that your injury or accident doesn’t warrant a claim.
However, we advise anyone who has been injured through an incident that wasn’t there fault to get in touch and see if they will be entitled to any compensation or payout.
Mrs Y
Mrs Y was a classroom assistant at a local school and came to us a few months ago regarding an incident that took place in the classroom. She was decorating her room and was standing on a cabinet in order to put displays onto the wall. Unfortunately she lost her balance and fell which resulted in her breaking her wrist. Originally when we met with Mrs.Y she was unsure if the accident was her employers fault but we advised her that a safer system should of been in place considering she was expected to work at such heights. Her employers insurers accepted liability and our client was awarded £20,000 for her injury as well as loss in earnings.Â
Mr.S
Mr.S was working on a building site when he contacted us. He explained his serious injury to our expert team which was a result of a dumper truck toppling over and crushing his foot. We determined that the employer had not performed an adequate risk assessment. The insurer didn’t accept responsibility and told us that Mr.S was partly to blame, however, our specialist team continued to hold the employer fully responsible and managed to ensure Mr.s received a compensation payout of £200,000
Ms.D
Ms.D worked as a kitchen assistant and suffered a nasty hand injury at work due to faulty kitchen equipment. Again the insurers denied all liability but due to our years of experience we knew Ms.D had a very strong case to make a claim. We issued court proceedings and the insurer eventually admitted liability which resulted in Ms.D receiving a 16,000 compensation payout from her claim.
Mr.W
Mr.W was working in his local factory when he unfortunately fell onto the production line. We investigated this issue on his behalf and it became clear to us that the warehouse manager had not put adequate safety systems in place that would of prevented his fall. He injured his shoulder in the incident and through our relentless quest for justice he was eventually awarded £30,000 in compensation.
